REGISTRATION PROCESS |
|
All funds are payable in Canadian dollars using our registration system. |
|
Please click the red button at the top of the page to register online for 2024 Surrey Excursion 2024. |
|
If you use something called a VPN (Virtual Private Network), turn it off while you register. Our website is shy and sensitive. |
|
Before you begin, please make sure to have your credit card handy so that your request does not time out and you need to start the registration process over again.
When you have competed your registration, please make sure to create an account. This will allow you to make changes to your registration and add additional items that will become available.

What are the three Registration Categories? |
|
Full Fare Registration – includes access to all clinics, displays, contests, operation sessions and layout open-house tours.
Free registration for Operating Sessions, plus the opportunity to enter models into contests and the display room. |
|
There is an additional fee for special activities: |
|
- Saturday evening banquet (requires sign up + prepayment)
- Modeling with the Masters® (requires sign up + fee for materials)
- Prototype Tour, including bus transportation. (requires sign up + fee)
|
|
Non-Rail Registration - includes access to all clinics, displays, contests, and layout open-house tours. Full participation in our extensive Non-Rail Program and all its activities,
plus the opportunity to enter craft projects into contests and the display room.
|
|
- Additional fee for special activities, same as Full Fare Registration.
|
|
Youth Registration (under 19 years of age) - includes access to all clinics, displays, contests, and layout open-house tours,
plus the opportunity to enter models into contests and the display room. |

Full Fare registration rate: $169 |
|
Non-Rail registration rate is $50.00. Extra fare items will be charged separately.
|
|
Youth (under 19 years of age) registration rate is $10.00. Extra fare items will be charged separately.

For the convenience of our American friends, the following table provides examples of
the Canadian Dollar amounts being converted to US Dollars.
|

Your Credit Card will be charged in Canadian Dollars, but your bank will convert the
amount to US Dollars, to be charged to your Credit Card account. The exchange rate
changes every day based on market fluctuations. Therefore, the exchange values are
ONLY an indicator of the current currency exchange.
