You are responsible for your own accommodations. Accommodations are not included as part of your convention package. If you have any questions about hotel accommodations, please contact the hotel directly.

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms from Tuesday May 21st until Sunday May 26th, 2024.
The hotel room rates start at $165 + taxes and includes enhanced WI-FI and overnight self parking
for one vehicle (register plate number at Front Desk upon Check-In). Third and/or Fourth occupants staying in the room (16yrs & older) will be subject to extra person fees.

Cut off to receive the Convention Rate is April 26, 2024 (5:00PM PST)

Should you wish to stay prior to, or after, the group dates listed above at the Convention Rate, please email reservation@sheratonguildford.com with your confirmation number and additional dates you wish to reserve.
